The Leader’s Question: “Did I make the team better or worse today?”
-Source
Teams exist to do what individuals cannot. Leaders exist to maximize team performance. We are all leaders, and we either make the team better or worse each day. It’s that simple.
Each night, ask yourself, “Did I make the team better or worse today?” Don’t worry, if you got it wrong, you get another shot in about eight hours.

"A person was like a city. You couldn’t let a few less desirable parts put you off the whole. There may be bits you don’t like, a few dodgy side streets and suburbs, but the good stuff makes it worthwhile."
(Matt Haig, The Midnight Library)
I don’t think I’m unique in my ability to find what is wrong with situations quickly and, unfortunately, be judgmental about people. It’s easy to see the mistakes or things you would do differently.
Everyone, and everything, has some good. If you don’t start there, try to finish there.

Paperlike, a screen protector that adds a tactile feel to your writing or drawing, is a must if you use an Apple Pencil on your iPad. Not quite like paper, but much better than trying to write on glass.
I started drawing to allow myself pleasure that has no purpose (i.e., no reward other than enjoyment). My formula is the app iPad + Procreate + Paperlike (Optional) + Art With Flo (Optional). Flo makes easy-to-follow tutorials that are fun and easy. If you want to do something that is just for fun, give this a try. I follow Flo’s step-by-step instructions (mostly).
Take care,
