The river metaphor is rich with meaning! I couldn’t help but imagine a raft, being led by a river guide, with all of its passengers rowing and navigating the obstacles in front of them. The guide pushing them when rapids get tough, and urging them to recover when they make it through. Learning how to work best with each other as each rapid, rock, and stick are conquered. Well written Kelly!

Ooooooh. That’s good. Sometimes you navigate. Sometimes you take an oar. We all play a role. And fighting out how to do that well is the first task. Great call TJ. This will be in version two for sure.
