This message is hitting all critical aspects of leadership - "Competence" - key ingredient to lead the team, to be the mentor to help them grow and to be able to deliver. Good human is always open for learning. "Caring" - being respectfully direct. Not all leaders are cut for this. Handling tough conversations and making tough decisions needs very genuine and caring heart. Past successes, learning from failures and delivering will give us "Conviction" to do it again relentlessly, passionately.
