Shaun Peet is such an inspirational leader, and I love the idea of an "integrated" culture! A culture where as we integrate more of ourselves and our passion into our team, the team will follow suite, and give us more of themselves. This will naturally lend itself to a team full of trust and empathy, resulting in a culture that welcomes, and even celebrates failures on their way to excellence. The world today is starving for Human teams, especially as we interact with so many things that are incentivized to distract and deflect us from being human. Thanks for the post!
Human teams are the best teams! No other way to lead in my opinion. I am going to share this with my team 😉
I agree :)
