One problem is , once you experience this style of management/ leadership you will always see it larger than life when you are no longer in that environment. All you can do is try your best to lead on and never lose your direction and continue to develop , educate , share and grow. Amazing 💪💪
Just bumped into this article while i was searching for the true meaning of vertical vs horizontal relationships. Brilliantly put. I think the vertical relationship can be built on layer of responsibility while still maintaining the horizontal relationship.
