Solid. So many good things to reflect on. I’m working on Seeking and Telling the Truth right now. I take pride in thinking through processes or scenarios on my own, however this only represents my perspective. I’m working on asking better questions to help test my ideas and gain deeper understanding into the motivations and needs of others.
Each year, I feel a “calling” (as one can say) to learn more about some type of subject.
Usually history hits first. 😉
However. This year I’ve been pulled towards educating myself on, speaking upon, and assisting others on: Trust / Communication / Non-Micromanaging / (and much more) ~ on how these affect individuals, to teams, to organizations as a whole. 🌟
