Really great take on intentionally leaving a piece of your kindness with another human. It takes effort and it takes WANTING to be kind. Kindness is never an accident and requires deliberate action. Kindness also means you require nothing in return and that you truly want to give through honesty and trust. Great post.

Thanks KV! Love the implication that we can be kind even if we don’t agree. Some see disagreement as “conflict”, but the reality is it’s an opportunity to learn and build better. Practicing being a RCK (pronounced rock) is key. Be respectful, considerate, and kind. These have become a mahantra in our house.
