A wise man once said "When you're young, you're always worrying about what other people are thinking about you. When you're old, you realise, everyone was just thinking about themselves all along." Brain is the hungriest organ in our body, consuming about ~20% daily. Focusing this in what matters is energy well spent. Thanks KV.

So well said. And I love the point about the brain being the hungriest. I am going to dive into that. It was a key point when i was in the military and manage it our energy / decision ability. Not to mention what you are inferring here :).

I have a list of "My Intentions" I read every Sunday. One of them is spot on with your message today. "What other people think of me is none of my business. One of the highest places you can get to is being independent of the opinions of other people." Thank you Kelly.

Great reminder to kick off a Sunday. I know where I’m focusing my energy today. The less I worry about what others think the more free I can feel. The sooner you can grasp this the less time you’ll waste. Not always easy.

There are 20 total. Some I created and some I have clipped from different readings here and there. Here are a couple of my other favorites.

The ultimate quantification of success is not how much time you spend doing what you love. It’s how little time you spend doing what you hate.

Live a healthy life, bring energy, get sleep, be a role-model for my kids, feel present during the whole day

People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel
